How raffles work

Some limited runs are released by raffle, so everyone gets a fair shot.

Enter. While the raffle is open, you can enter by clicking the Enter raffle button. Fill out the form, ranking the keycaps you want in order of preference, and submit it. Only one form entry per person is permitted. To change your picks, return to the entry form before the raffle closes. If you submit more than once, only your latest entry counts.

Draw. After entries close, all entries are shuffled into a random order. Going down that order, each person wins their highest-ranked keycap that's still available. Results are posted in the Discord server where the raffle was announced. The shuffle uses a public random number from drand, published just after entries close, so nobody (including us) can know or pick the order in advance, and anyone can recheck it.

Buy. Winners get a private link to their keycap by Discord direct message or email, whichever they chose when entering, and have 24 hours from when results are posted to check out. After that, the keycap goes to the next person in the draw order who ranked it and hasn't already won a keycap. To keep raffles fair, winners who don't buy their keycap may not be able to enter future raffles.

One keycap per person. Orders from anyone other than the winners will be canceled.
