FAQ
How do raffles work?
See How Limited Raffles Work
Is there a limit per person?
Core listings typically do not have limits. Limited releases may have restrictions, and those are listed in each keycap's description. Raffles generally allow one keycap per person.
Do you take commissions?
Case by case. I can't take on every request, but I love hearing ideas. Reach out through the contact page and we'll see if it's something I can make.
Do you ship outside the US?
Sorry, greencaps only ships within the US for now.
Can I return a keycap?
All sales are final. If a keycap arrives damaged or something goes wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
What comes in the box?
Every keycap comes in a greencaps artisan box with a signed authenticity card.
How do I get a keycap out of its artisan box?
The easiest way is with a wire keycap puller. The box leaves a gap under the keycap, so the puller's wires slide right under it.
Do the colors match the photos?
Each keycap is photographed as accurately as possible, but every pour comes out a little different and screens vary, so expect small differences in person.
What is the difference between 90s Swirl and 90s Neon Swirl?
Both 90s Swirl and 90s Neon Swirl use turquoise, orange, and purple. However, 90s Neon Swirl uses neon pigments which will glow under a UV light. Even if you don't use a UV light, the neon pops more due to its cool properties. Neon pigment shifts UV and blue light into its own color, so it gives off light on top of the light it reflects. That's why it looks brighter than a normal pigment. How neat is that? That's pretty neat!
What are they made of?
Every keycap is cast in resin. Some are hand painted after casting, and some are built up from several pours of different colors.
What switches do these fit?
All keycaps are made for MX-style stems, so they'll fit Cherry MX switches and most MX-compatible switches.
What is an authenticity card?
A small card that comes with every keycap and marks it as a genuine greencaps keycap: the logo is a linocut print, and the back is hand-labeled and signed.
